This is a blog post series focused on EGO. This podcast discusses ego (the self and mental health) in three parts, What is the Ego and the Self, How is the Ego shaped by Culture, and Ego Death or dissolution. Each of these sections is a setup and expansion of the general ideas of each of the separate posts.
