What would you do if you saw this? Do you see someone hiding, or someone waiting to attack? Either way it may be safe to assume this is wierd. Do you get involved? Say something? Move on? Ask questions. Well in the west at least it's well established by the 'bystander effect' that most people won't get involved unless someone else does. This means really that no matter what any one says or believes at least in any given moment you need to be responsible for your own safety. So make smart decisions and train enough until you are satisfied you can reasonably defend yourself. Don't wait for help to come because a large percentage of the time it won't.

Moving into 360 for the beginners. This is a core basic of any Krav Maga program due to the common nature of the circular attacks either armed or unarmed. It was developed through years of real experience with armed or unarmed attackers and combatants. Many people teach it well, many do not. There are variations of this but the basic concepts should always remain the same. How trained individuals vs untrained individuals attack is very different as well as can be seen all over YouTube, so food for thought. Our Novices should still be working on ground fighting but since 360 is so important you get only that today!

The last of the myths from. The blog series on...myths and misconceptions and Krav Maga. While it's called one thing it's actually many. You should be learning many styles throughout your Krav Maga journey from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, judo, military combatives etc...
