In this Episode host Jonathan Fader goes over a blog post series originally posted in 2017 on Music and Mood relating to his personal story with music, Mood, Depression and the IDF. Though it was not intended this episode ends up being quite dense as a variety of studies are read to back how various aspect of how mood can measurably or otherwise affect your mood and our performance. Music can be used to enhance your mood or keep you in a less desirable mental state. Regardless of the result it can be safely assumed that most people enjoy music in their life.
